Biography
Dr. Kevin A. Ostrowski is a board-certified urologist specializing in male fertility and reproductive health. He is recognized for his expertise in minimally invasive microscopic vasectomy reversal, testicular sperm extraction, micro-TESE, and advanced sperm retrieval techniques for azoospermic men. His research interests focus on factors affecting the success of vasectomy reversals, improving the semen analysis process, and enhancing the clinical evaluation and treatment of male infertility.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Dr. Ostrowski earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Oregon Health and Sciences University and pursued a fellowship in male fertility and men’s health at the University of Washington.
Awards
A member of the American Urological Association, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Society for the Study of Male Reproduction, and Sexual Medicine Society of North America, Dr. Ostrowski was honored with the Julian S. Ansell Teaching Award in 2018 from the University of Washington Department of Urology for his outstanding contributions to medical education.
In addition to his professional commitments, Dr. Ostrowski is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle, both for himself and his patients. He enjoys an active family life with his wife and three children, often paddle boarding on Lake Sammamish in the summer and skiing or snowboarding in the winter.
